Q:When I try to install Nero 11 either from my instillation disk or Nero-11.0.11000_trial.exe I receive the following: High-Definition Video Playback "Error 1336.Error getting file security: C:\ProgramData\Nero\GetLastError: 5"

A: 1 use Nero cleantool clean the nero files on your computer

2 download nero 11 again

3 unintall your antivirus

4 install nero 11

5 reinstall your antivirus
