Q:I have Nero 7. I use It on Windows XP and It works. I try It on my new laptop that has Windows 7 and I get a Transcodeing error. I am trying to made a DVD of SuperNatural the TV shows. What can I do about the transcoding error? My windows XP computer Is to slow. The sound Is off from the moving of the mouth on the Windows XP computer (desktop).
I have another question If I upgrade can I save the templates from Nero 7 to use on the newer version of Nero? I like the smat3d template In Nero 7.
A: The Videos may have data error, use format factory transcoding the videos to AVI files, then use Nero to make DVD
The Smart3d template of nero 7 can not be used in nero 8/9/10/11
